Nobody would bother doing surgery or anything like that on a second-degree burn, especially one so small and far away from anything vital. had it been on your face or neck, they may have hospitalized you for observation to make sure it didn't swell up and interfere with your breathing, and if it had covered a significant portion of your body they would keep you around on a saline drip to monitor your vitals and ensure you stayed properly hydrated (widespread burns interfere with thermoregulation and water retention abilities), but that's about it.

What you're doing is only marginally less ridiculous than bragging about not going to the doctor for a paper cut. That was not an injury that would require medical attention for anyone. You're not remotely special for recovering from it without medical help, and being able to recover from a minor superficial injury indicates nothing about your ability to survive infection with a life-threatening disease.
