Yeah people just casually choose not to be employed.... when sarcasm is rooted in truth... lol so many "now hiring" signs, I wish this pandemic happened when I was still job searching 10 years ago. we'd be over it and I would be 10 years closer to retiring than I am now. I remember applying to Radio Shack back in the day and they called me a month later acting like it was such a good opportunity that I shouldn't ask them to work around my school schedule lol. oh how time flys... There's so many now hiring signs because unemployment is so low. If those companies wanted to hire people they need to compete in the market and offer compensation packages that are worth it.
