This is one point thats never made about abusive customers: The owners and managers dont stand up for the worker. The article also failed to mention that the workers are either on minimum wage or maybe two dollars above it. Youre made to take these levels of abuse and nothing is ever done. If a rand and file worker tries to throw out and abusive customer, they get punished because they turned away money. Corporate cares more about money than they do the safety of their workers and this is something that the discussion needs to shift to. --- So long, Thanks for all the fish! ... Copied to Clipboard! |
