I was shocked when I found out my parents got a 2 bed 2 bath condo on the 18th floor in Brickell (financial district), ocean view, multiple pools, building is on the water, huge gym, for the same price I paid for a 2 bed 2 bath condo outside of Denver, and my building is way older and shittier Hopefully the condo they got was built after 2000 I believe. The condos that are falling apart are the ones before that date.
