I really got into running and am doing 50miles/week at this point. I have a pullup bar and usually knock out around 50 pullups and around 100 pushups and V ups every day or every other day

Last time I looked this good I was on a serious deadlift plan, deadlifting 2.5x bodyweight

But this is very time inefficient, you could just lift weights 3 hours a week instead of adding 7 hours of running. I think the difference is I'm very athletic now, just lifting weights doesn't necessarily improve your athletic ability

Also lol at the YouTube reviews "a 10k every day is just not feasible unless you're a pro athlete" lol? You'd barely finish a marathon at that mileage

Anyway it's a good time if you're a runner who doesn't want to look like a skeleton
