I think Bleach has some of the coolest hype moments in all of anime history. Some of the characters are just hype engines. Who wasn't flipping their shit when Ichigo stood up in full hollow form to fight Ulquiorra? Or when Kenpachi used both hands to swing his sword for the first time? Or when Yamamoto beat the shit out of Wonderweiss with his bare hands?

That said, Naruto wins for me on overall plot, themes, and characters. Bleach has a ton of hype but a lot of the story is kinda just a paper-thin excuse to make everybody fight. Not to say it doesn't have great moments and some cool backstories, but largely it's just there to make swords come out.
