I mean it's a slow process but as long as you do the work and eat and sleep as instructed then results are inevitable, just keep the focus on the goal and enjoy the journey
also most importantly don't compare yourself to someone else who's more ripped or anything, genetics is a thing but you can certainly be a much better version of yourself if you're dedicated
Sleeping at the same time every night does infact help drastically.
