You need to learn how to run the entire human part of the company as well as humans in your life For example, I convinced the principal to spend 10k to get some people into to do a bunch of bitch work in IT that I couldn't be bothered doing. He agreed. Why? Because I listened to him praise how his daughter is getting some scholarship to a fucking music school somewhere. All I did was asked more and more about it.
