The topics of Jeopardy are so varied and diverse that no one could possibly hope to be an authority in all of them. So while she could bingo a line about brain anatomy, he could bingo a line about literature and they're both worth the same money at the end of the day. And the fact that they could do those things is irrelevant to who is a good host or not. I don't have a horse in the race I'm just saying "but she's a doctor / he hosted reading rainbow" aren't valid arguments to determine how effective they are as a host.
