Sariana21 07/28/21 1:38:23 PM #62:	Only Americans who qualified in their own right (top 12 for all-around, top 8 for individual apparatus) are eligible to take her spot. Jade Carey was in the top 12 and thus can replace Biles for the all-around. There was one apparatus in which an American can take her spot (should she choose not to participate-I don't think she's pulled out of those yet), but for the other three there were no other Americans in the top 8. So competitors from other countries would get those spots.
