While I understand your hesitation (I actually really dont because I work 1 on 1 with women all the time and have never had a problem), but what you are actually doing is discriminating against her because of her sex/gender. Seeking input and feedback from men while ignoring the only woman is not a good idea. Also, why would she think you are creepy? Are you a creep?
