bigblu89 07/27/21 11:49:52 AM #6:	Honestly, I think because it initially hit "blue" states first and the hardest, so it was easy for the "red side" to claim everyone was overreacting to it. It's kinda like how most of the country knows how bad the California wild fires are every year, but unless you're right there, it's kinda "out of sight, out of mind".
