Topic	Tips for dealing with explosive anger?

I just want to go through each day without incident but it feels like one setback leads into another, even when it's insignificant in the greater picture. It just feels like my life, you want to try moving foward but you don't know how to deal with setbacks. Everyone else seems to have it together, they're not going to let things stop them but I'm back here feeling like I tripped at the starting line and then I pissed my pants for good measure.
