I should probably watch it again to see if the ending ruins it for me as much on a second viewing but it really soured a movie I otherwise thought was amazing. The Happening - This is more of an extreme case as I don't really like the movie that much, so there's no one thing that could be changed to make it one of my favorites or even close to being one of them, but damned if I don't love the concept. I don't really like any of the movie/tv versions of Day of the Triffids either which has a similar but not that similar thing going on. Plants just can't catch a break with me. --- Huh? Finger!?
