What could be done?
A joint military display with America and its allies letting China know that any attempt to cover up or limit investigations finding out what truly occurred in Wuhan, will be viewed as an act of aggression, with all potential options, including military involvement, considered. China cannot be some rogue nation, jeopardizing the lives of the rest of the world, with no repercussions or investigation into what truly occurred.
