Never assume a nurse or doctor knows better than you. My mom was once hooked up to a ventilator. I was really young and didn't know shit but there was an alert going off, my dad grabbed a nurse and this fucking guy said "ohhhhh no it's doing that because it was just calibrated". My dad didn't buy it and brought in the head nurse and she was like hooo SHIT...... did whatever she did and my mom was ok. I'll never forget when my dad took that head nurse outside and said "I like you. I don't ever want to see that other nurse anywhere near my wife again or i'll sue this whole hospital and i'll kill him at the same time." --- Drunk people really make a lot of sense if you don't know what they're talking about - Jim Lahey ...
