Streaming is by far the best way to measure an artists CURRENT popularity, and between Eminem and Swift, that is very close. I mean, of the last 10 singles each artist put out, both had like 8/10 of them in the top 40. If you're measuring worldwide metrics you have to go by sales. Many parts of the world do not really support streaming as well as the USA does.
