I was 32 and she was 19. She was the bartender at a bar I went to and we enjoyed talking to each other and hung out a time or two outside of her work. It was only ever friendly. One day she tells me she's moving across country while we were hanging out and ended up sleeping together that night.
Personally, I felt kind of weird after and not something I would probably do again.
