Topic	is it better to get a 30 year mortgage or a 20 year mortgage?

Also take into consideration how stable your job is and if you'd be able to keep up with payments for 15-20 years. I've been at my house for almost 20 years with a 30 year mortgage. I was able to save up enough money to pay it off now if I wanted to.
