I had a cat that overgroomed when left alone, I tried this thing called comfort calm, which is like a glade plug in but it releases a small amount of cat pheromones and calms them down when they stress. Some it works for, some it doesn't so it would be a trial run kind of thing if it got bad. She would lick small raw spots and she stopped when I started using that, it's kind of pricey though. I'm gonna have to try that. If that doesn't work I have to get him a friend I guess cause he gets way more attention than 99% of cats but its like yeah dude sometimes I won't be here for 12 hours or more... when did you start self harming over it?
