| Serious Cat 07/15/21 2:08:55 PM #69: | Not that this is any better, but it doesn't allow people to sue women seeking abortions and it doesn't make abortion in Texas murder. It's an attempt to work around Roe v Wade by allowing private individuals to sue anyone aiding in abortions except the woman because that would be a violation of Roe v Wade.
