You don't have to worry about this in the US either. Or at least I and everyone I've ever known doesn't. This issue is exaggerated by 10000x by non-Americans. Same for healthcare (yes, most of us get good medical care and aren't bankrupt).

Not denying that they are issues, but I feel they are exaggerated and magnified to make the US look really bad.

Also, lol no, we don't think the world loves us. We are well aware of our reputation. Only people who aren't might be really sheltered people who never consume any non-US content, such as small children or really ignorant adults.
