The way I see it, if a chick was getting in on with a dude and his penis was um an inadequate size, she also deserve the right to say no. If your sexual partner has something you don't want then of course you can always say no. Maybe a hot chick has some really weird nipples that are a turn off, you could say no then too. I actually had a similar conversation with a coworker like a month ago, made a topic about it. But he was a little extreme, his thing was "what if you have sex with a trans person and find out they were trans after the fact, could that be considered rape?" Personally I'm celibate so it wouldn't really come up.
