nothanks1 07/14/21 4:59:06 PM #13:	HDDs are slow and have spinning parts. Like a record player. So it takes a lot longer to read/write data. SSDs (sata) are much faster. m.2 ones are faster still. You can also get a usb-c external SSD which is portable obviously. Most laptops have usb-c and your motherboard has it.
