Nothing handy and comprehensive. This one will give you accuracy readouts, but you have to go ZIP by ZIP, so that's tedious: https://www.forecastadvisor.com/

This is a study about the four-year reliability of various dopplers (I think, I barely skimmed it), but doesn't have in-depth historical records: https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/latest-study-of-120-million-forecasts-proves-accuweather-forecasts-are-most-accurate-300986848.html

You could see if the publishers of Old Farmers' Almanac keep records of forecasts relative to their outlooks. They're famously reliable in their broad strokes forecasts.
