We don't live in a world these jobs only exist to get 16 year olds some spending money. We live in a world where corporate does the research to stretch their adult workers as thin as possible and reward them for hard work by taking away more hours and piling on more responsibilities. All while you deal with piece of shit entitled customers who can't wait and are always looking for a way to get something out of you.
