I worked at mcdonalds for a little while and I saw so many assholes trying to pull little tricks. Like one guy complained that his fries were cold (they weren't), so when we asked him to give us the fries back so we could replace them, he dumped all the fries in his bag and handed us the empty fry container... Manager made us give him new fries anyway. Yep. The "customer is always right" mentality means a lot of managers have no balls. A place I worked at always gave away free shit to people like that. "Okay, we'll let it go this time..." Again, and again, and again. You could literally buy an entire turkey, eat all but half a drumstick, bring that back and claim you didn't like it and get a full refund no questions asked.
