I always just thought "using cryo characters against him = bad" and didn't consider using her. Then it occurred to me that her shields should be really effective on his cryo attacks... and holy shit, they sure were. Diona, Bennett, and Xiangling are basically super easy mode. Between the shields and the healing you are pretty much invincible, and you're getting constant melt reactions as you fight. Frankly I feel kind of dumb for not noticing sooner.
