My mom had 1 ovary after losing one to an ectopic pregnancy and was still able to have 3 kids after, without any medical intervention. There are still other methods like IVF and IUI. A friend of mine has diminishing eggs already at 30 and got pregnant with IUI. Maybe it might be beneficial for her to see a fertility specialist to understand her options and odds? From what i understand so far is that number one priority is to take out the huge cyst thats there. Other most likely scenario is that they will take out the ovary its in and they will try to save the other. Worst case scenario is that its cancerous and they take it all out.
