That's what you said and that's fundamentally absurd. Again, it's not simply being against digital vigilantism and pointless, destructive, holier than thou behavior. Saying that implies that we need to focus on getting people to stop calling out other people on Twitter rather than focusing on things that "rival" digital vigilantism. They don't rival it, they are real world problems and digital vigilantism does not affect what the vast majority of people do irl, while everything I listed controls our lives. Saying that's the worst thing happening leads to exactly the type of narrow grievance politics that drives the right today where people are brought in by obsession with cancel culture and then vote for a party that turns around and strips their healthcare.
