No one knows who will win between Saitama and Goku. We do not know what Saitama is fully capable of yet. Also, the idea that he is a gag character is compete BS. Especially when you get later into the series. That is why you can only use feats. As of right now Goku has displayed better feats. Does that mean he is stronger than Saitama? Not necessarily. We just dont know how strong Saitama truly is. He doesnt have the feats that match up to Goku yet however, he hasnt went all out either.
