Woke up dizzy as all fuck and almost fell getting out of bed so I said nope to work and thought about the ER. Spent most of the day lying still on my side. Todays much better but let's see how far I can go without succumbing to the urges again. Although I probably will start up a once a week 6 pack so i'm not just cold turkey and go into seizures and shit. I was sober last one. I've been cutting back a lot lately.
