| CanuckCowboy 07/07/21 7:37:27 PM #40: | Around 60 lbs. I used life threatening acute diverticulitis which went undiagnosed for like 2 years while they tried to figure out what was wrong with me. I was 123lbs and i looked like a skeleton. I see people on ce say like "I'm 5'11 132lbs" and I'm like... how? At 5'9" 123 I looked like a junkie on the verge of death. More on topic I've lost 7lbs in like a month. I was 194. The most I ever weighed in my life was 194lbs but I was huge then. Like muscle wise. Now I have a lot less muscle and way way more fat. Lol. .... I've just drank less beer and instead of eating healthy meals and tons of junk on top of it I stopped buying junk so its not around which makes it pretty easy in my circumstances.
