philsov 07/06/21 9:54:22 PM #11: | 60-70. counted calories and got a kitchen scale and regimented food intake on a per-meal basis. Starting running and lifting about 4x a week for less than an hour a session. Lost about 1 lb a week for more than a year, went from an XL to M shirt. Gained social skills along the way, started dating, had way more sex, got a lot more positive attention at work; was a great thing to do. --- Remember that I won't rest, 'til we share the same tense Just know, to me, you're better late than never again. ...
