I have never had my license, so I don't know, but I'll take a guess and you could correct me. Is it because of them being in different States? I think only two of them have been in the same State [Florida] and one of those got overturned. I think he has a Florida license, so right now he's got 1 in Florida, and this is his second. Let's say Florida has a 3-Strike rule, and he's now at 2 in Florida. But he's got a few other ones around the US, so do those ones count toward the Florida license? Maybe they're all in Florida, and if they are, then that's a bunch of bull shit he's still driving. But if they're spread out, does it just go unnoticed by Florida? I'm sure his car insurance company has to hear about it, right? Or is that something that goes unreported as well? Again, I don't drive, so I don't know how it works.
