FVGC Round Two Rules for Voting:
--In each match, voters will have 5 points to distribute between the two characters (in essence, you are voting 5-0, 4-1, or 3-2).
--You may vote using whatever personal criteria you wish.
--The loser of each match will be eliminated.
--You must fully complete the vote form for your vote to count.
--Please do not edit or change your vote.
--Please do not abbreviate; use the character names as they appear listed.
--Please specify the amount of points you are giving to each character, even if the amount is 0.
--Alt voting is lame so dont do it.
--Voting lasts 24 hours.
