So yes, framing it as a "consensual" exchange is technically true, but also completely ignores the socioeconomic pressures (many of which are the direct or indirect result of wealth hoarding from the ruling elite) that cause people to agree to otherwise shitty terms of employment. --- I have nothing else to say ...
