I legitimately can't think of a single reason to have a problem with seeing a feminine penis (which, by definition, is just as feminine as a feminine vagina) in a women's locker room other than transphobia.

Alas, even in 2021 many women (even many who claim to be feminists) are still stuck in traditional gender roles, like "a man absolutely has to be tall, good with his hands, always take the initiative, sexually dominant and never cries, or else he's not a REAL man."
Perhaps this coincides with the problem described in the OP.
