A 10 is a perfect card. should be noted that for most runs, it is very rare to get a 10 even completely fresh out of a pack of cards. a 10 needs to be perfectly centered, corners are sharp (or maybe show no wear?), edges show no white or fraying, surfaces (front and back) are flawless.
