That's literally the job tho. It's a restaurant to be waited on by women with big hooters. You can say that's sexist or whatever, but that's the business model that has kept them employed and profitable for decades. The women choose to work there, and although some choose it simply because of the high paying tips, most choose to work there because they enjoy the lifestyle and Frat Party lifestyle. Hooters is a notorious ho spot for working college girls to pocket spending money.

I've known plenty of girls who worked at Hooters, most declining to work weekends even though its the highest paying night, just so they could go out and party instead. The job attracts, and frankly requires a certain personality type. People who arent of that personality type often look down upon it because the job/lifestyle doesn't appeal to them, but the same girls working at hooters probably think staying inside, curled up on the bed w/ their cat, and reading a "good book" on a Friday night is fucking next level torture.
