I've had deposits I don't expect and I always wait to figure out where it came from But on the other hand they dude was told repeatedly by the very bank that later called the cops on him, that nothing was wrong. He should have looked more deeply to discover the source of the money but...... fuck this bank. dude if you had 1.3m deposited into your account out of no where calling the bank is probably the least amount of legwork that could be done next to doing nothing. he needed to visit the bank and get something in writing about this.
