Topic	Fellow Canadians: Anyone not celebrating Canada Day this year?

This is an interesting question because legally our independence was not formally ratified until the passing of the Constitution Act of 1982, which was when we fully patriated the Canadian constitution and enacted the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
