I am getting anxious because I haven't seen anyone at all today (other than my cat). I am even going out to a bar with a bunch of friends in a couple hours but am anxious because of the current lack of contact. It's like I'm alone at the moment so I will be alone forever. It's fucked up. So someone can swing too much the other way.I wouldn't really say you have the OPPOSITE problem... I may have a life that's orientated towards being away from people, but that's only because i'm afraid of most people.
