Karen can use government actors (LEOs, firepeople, judges, etc) as employees, personal security, etc. Even non-govt people such as loan officers and home appraisers bend the knee to karen and kevin. POC have mostly negative experiences with said same people and can't rely on them. Actually, they avoid them. If a Karen kicks a POC in the balls and screams at him the POC would probably not call anyone, he would probably be the one getting in trouble instead of her so better go to the ER and try to save the kicked testicle and forget about it.
