A wheelchair-bound man was found dead with bites all over his body from at least two pit bulls in his Brooklyn trailer home this week, according to cops and a neighbor.

His ears were ripped off, and he had suffered lacerations and puncture wounds that appeared to be from the dogs, according to police sources and neighbor Stephen Newell.

The dogs were raised with the victim, according to Newell, who said he was stunned to hear that the animals had mauled the man.
These were their family dogs, they had them for years, he said. This is all strange, I dont know why they would do that.
The dogs knew him since they were puppies. Im surprised.
