It's like at some point despite his loud, snorting protests, someone successfully explained to him that other people uploading his content and making fun of it is protected by fair use, and his cancer-riddled brain tissue immediately shut down and refused to believe that fair use could possibly be anything other than that. No, them blurring out your face is not an admission of guilt. It's because 1) like you are saying, they didn't ask for permission and maybe you wouldn't want your face shown in this context. And more importantly, 2) the person in the video was irrelevant to the thing they were presenting as a design principle to the audience. The important bit was the part about how a player was drawn to the visualization of the game mechanic, not that that person was a fat NEET scammer who has no clue what he was doing.
