Ya, on their end I mostly have a complaint that they delivered the package without notifying me... I didn't know my package was here, 2 feet away from me, until like 3 hours later and when I looked it wasn't there. Yet low and behold they have a picture of the parcel at my door, so they definitely did deliver it - but they didn't knock, they didn't contact me, and I don't know how they got in the building without me ringing them in so someone else had to (only the Canadian Post is allowed to have keys and they weren't the service used). So I mostly just wanna point out to them that if they did even 1 of the 5 steps of delivery notification I would have my parcel --- "Salt cures Everything!"
