Theon must then beg to have the finger amputated, but Ramsay lets him beg and grovel to have it cut off for days on end before he graciously grants the wish. Theon loses about half his fingers and toes, half of his teeth are knocked out, his hair has gone white. His mind is almost as bad as his body and he is almost a dead husk by the start of ADWD.
