Had I stayed, I know I would have advanced but lifes complications prevented me from maintaining my employment there. Other than that, its not my business. If anything, his company did well by me in a rather trying time. Those Xmas & Halloween hours were beautiful. Yes, I think the system is too strict on well-performing workers. Maybe it was just the facility I was at. Idk.
