We could do it with no laws if people were by default more generous, but nope they think they need every cent of their multi-millions or billions. I know plenty of people making like 20,000 a year and they still give 10% of their income to those in need as per the bible says to. Imagine if all these rich pieces of shit did the same 10%. They could actually afford to give 50-80% and still live better than everybody, that's the sad part. Oh well. Actually, a billionaire could give 99% of their income and still have 10,000,000.....
